Refund Policy & Minimum Requirements

Lovebites Dental Members

For Maximum Drive and Business Access Members, a minimum of three months membership is required and will be billed monthly for as long as you are a member. If membership is canceled within your first three months, the final balance due will be billed to your credit card on file as a one time payment.

• For Master Class members, there is no minimum contract. Stay as long as you like and cancel anytime.

• If you choose to cancel membership to any of the Lovebites Dental programs, service is terminated immediately. Please email [email protected] to cancel.

• There are no refunds for early termination and access to the Lovebites Dental app, resources, discounts, and other benefits will be suspended.

Lovebites Dental Courses & Nationwide Conferences

There are two types of dental courses and conferences associated with

• Lovebites Dental. Those that are directly part of Lovebites Dental and those put on by outside establishments such as THE DENTAL FESTIVAL.

• For our live in-person Lovebites Dental courses (excluding Maximum Drive Members), doctors will get a full refund 90 days prior to the course date and a 50% refund 45 days out. Less than 45 day sign ups "no refunds".

• Doctors do not need to be a member of Lovebites Dental to attend our live in person courses.They are however FREE to attend with our Maximum Drive program.

• For all nationwide conferences, doctors will need to directly work with the conference for a refund. We are not involved with any refund policy for any conference discounts.

VIP, PRO, KEY Sponsorships

• A 12 month minimum commitment is required to be a sponsor with a recurring month to month contract thereafter.

• Cancellation can take place after your first year as a sponsor with a 30 day written notice by email to [email protected]. You will be charged 1 final month before termination.

• There are no refunds for early termination.
